Hello! I’m Jack; a Hunter Valley based photographer. I love to creatively document and curate stories of people in love in Australia and around the world.

Couples want to be able to simply enjoy their wedding celebration and know that someone is there to take care of them and capture it all. This is where I step in; creating timeless and nostalgic photos that take you back to a moment. I work incredibly hard at every wedding and elopement that I capture. Not only with the camera but with the people. Couples pick me because I have an easy going, calm, empathetic and endearing approach. It allows me to blend into their celebration, capturing the very best interactions between everyone. Human interactions are the MOST important thing, they are what tells your story.

It is a timely reminder that you have to live through a moment to be able to revisit and rejoice in the memory.

I currently live in Newcastle with my beautiful wife Frankie, our son Freddie and our furball cat named Pepper.

Frankie and I lived in Sydney for our entire lives until late 2021 when we bought our first house in Newcastle and made the move north. We love it here, and in August 2023 after 18 years together we travelled to Slovenia with our closest family and friends to get married in the mountains. It was special to share in our own celebration after spending many years documenting others!

Being able to be a husband to Frankie and be a father to Fred are two of the BEST things I have ever done.

Frankie and I love all of the good things in life. Travel is one of our favourite things and we are lucky to have been able to see so much of Australia and the world in our years together. We also love coffee, cooking, eating, gardening, camping, gaming, relaxing (although Frankie will laugh at this as I am often working..) and just spending time with each other. To us it’s the little things that connect each other so closely and our relationship has taught me a lot over the years in being able to observe and understand others.

Now that little Fred is on board, we cannot wait to show him the world through travel, nature, food and all the good things in life.

I love to tell our story as so many of my clients relate to their own story of finding each other. They also like to know they are supporting a little family as they grow and navigate life through their creative endeavours. This personal approach and connection is something I like to bring into the business. This helps our couples connect with us and confidently know who they are booking in to be part of their story.
