Welcome to Chuck and Son's Brewing Co.! We're a working brewery and Tap Room in Sydney's St Peters, which has been architectually designed and decorated by a renowned interior designer. We're industrial but elevated, relaxed but polished, and (we hope it goes without saying) have the very best drinks around.

Whether you're looking for a spectacular space that is both easily accessible and convenient, are looking to wow your guests with drinks by Australia's best known brewer (that's Chuck Hahn), or are simply wanting a space where you can be looked after and feel at home, we hope you'll find it with us.

We're the Hahn family. An independent, family-owned business, you'll find Chuck in the brewery, his son Scott in the meetings, Scott's wife Amy behind the computer, and Amy's brother-in-law Jono behind the bar. (Confused yet?)
